   We are proud to offer the best selection of Land and Water Classes on the South Shore. We are always following the latest in exercise class trends and offer the most up to date classes.

Our Land classes are offered in our skylit Aerobic room. They are progressive within themselves such that you can work out at your own pace by using a lighter weight or lowering your step or increasing your resistance. Your wonderful instructor will show you how.  
Be sure to tell your instructor you are new and alert her of any injuries or medical conditions she should be aware of. Enjoy!! (NOTE: this schedule may change now & then due to instructor's personal schedules. See our Substitutions List.)

Webb's Pro Fitness is sooooo very proud of our famous Water Aerobic program. Webb's Pro Fitness Water Program was chosen as the #1 Aquatic Program in the state(!) and #20 in the nation by the United States Water Fitness Association....the largest water fitness organization in the world!! Yes....our program  is very well known....locally and is also recognized nationally.  Our instructors are phenomenal!!  They teach with a microphone so you can hear their every move.  The music is pumped in to the pool area on beautiful Bose speakers so you'll feel the energy each song projects. Whether you are taking Wateraerobics to burn 450-600 calories/hour OR are here for pre/postnatal OR are here training as an athlete OR are taking our Easy Does It (or regular Water classes) for a "gentle on the joints" type workout....you are at the right place here at Webb's.  Our workouts are so unlike anywhere else.  They are vigorous (yet, YOU are waist deep and because no one can see you under water, YOU set your own pace - so no pressure).  They are fun!!  Come see.
