Yoga....
Yoga is a relaxing, strengthening stress relieving class in our Aerobic Room.   In the morning, we  offer a phenomenal Muscle Yoga class on Wednesday 9:30am with Laurie Barron. This is a wonderful 90 minute power Yoga muscle/strength class that is offered at this primetime for your convenience.  On Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm we offer a wonderful relaxing yoga with Sue McDonough.   This is an opportunity to experience the mind/body connection through Yoga.It is a one hour class of that balances your mind and body....relaxing and so beneficial!

Instructors:
Laurie Barron -   Certified Aerobics, Step, Spin Bike, Strength Class, Certified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Mother of 2; Presently enrolled in an additional Yoga certification program that is a 1 year long intensive training program.  Owned her own private club in Holbrook before joining Webb's team of instructors. CPR/AED certified

Sue McDonough - Certified Aerobics, Step, Strength Instructor; mother of 2; Instructor for over a decade; presently enrolled in same intensive Yoga year long program for instructors.

STARTING October 20th, we are adding a 4:15 Tuesday Yoga class during the not nice weather months (& non-holiday periods).  Look forward to info on this great class!!
  P.S. If you have kiddos, bring them to the Kids Club/Nursery on a Thursday night....  they can eat pizza while you workout.  Must reserve ahead of time: no later than 2pm on that Thursday evening ($6.99/child). The pizza is served around 6pm ish.  The Nursery is open until 7pm at which time it is perfectly acceptable to leave the yoga class at 7pm (it's a great 1/2 hr stretch following the 5:30 Wateraerobics or 5:30 45 minute X-Press Classs or following the 5:15 Spin Class),  Great stuff - eh?!!?

Pilates - we offer phenomenal Pilates with Stephanie Meehan.  Stephanie is a certified, trained Pilates Instructor with years of experience and a degree from the University of New Hampshire in Exercise Science.  We keep the classes relatively small in size so that Stephanie can keep a nice eye on each participant.  She has folks that have come for years and years and have had SUPER results....flat stomachs, improved posture, no more back pain, strong core, etc.

There IS an additional charge for Pilates.  You can call us and we'll send you the latest registration form (781-878-7900).  You can join in ANYTIME on a session.  The Pilates classes are:
